Our clients satisfaction and excellent top-of-the-line workmanship is our hallmark. Our terms are as follows: 1/3 due of overall project cost at signing of contract. Includes 50% of cabinetry Includes 50% of countertop and appliance cost Includes 1/3 cost of labor and material for all renovations and subcontractors 1/3 due at approximate midpoint including Balance of cabinetry order (50%) Balance of countertop and appliances (50%) 1/3 of labor and materials for renovations and subcontractors 30% due at approximate ¾ completion Allocated to remaining renovations and subcontractors 3% held back for punch list, due when client is satisfied
