First we talk – get to know you and your thoughts regarding your project. We exchange ideas and create an understanding regarding goals and objectives
Once we establish a general understanding it is time to begin the creative work -designing your project.
How the process unfolds:
- First we meet either in our showroom, or your home
- Then we take onsite measurements and assess your remodeling needs
- We put this data into our Computer Aided Drafting program
- We schedule a meeting with you to review the preliminary designs we have drafted
At this point, if we have established a workable relationship and you like our preliminary design, phase two begins;
We now work with you to fine tune your design and material choices. This is painstaking work, requiring hours of time and effort. For this reason, we ask for a $1000.00 retainer to proceed. The $1000.00 affords our clients 20 hours of design and consultation for their project. Presumably, the project will go forward to the build stage, at which time the retainer will be credited toward the project. If for any reason you choose not to hire our firm to build your project, you have purchased plans and specifications to use as you will.
