At Revisions, we take pride in knowing each client is given the very best attention we can offer. To better serve you we’ve created procedural policies to ensure our clients the best care and service.
The Process
- A common question from new clients considering a renovation is where do I start? We’ve compiled comprehensive questionnaires to get the ball rolling. This will help you to consider certain things that you may not have thought about, and will also give us an excellent idea of your specific wants and needs. What’s more, this allows the eliminating of guess work which will save you time and money.
- The initial in showroom consultation is always free. After you’ve completed the questionnaires, come visit our showroom, stay as long as you like, and ask as many questions as you wish. You’ll leave with a packet of information describing what we have to offer, as well as design possibilities and an understanding of the services we provide.
- After the initial visit, a retainer fee* is required to proceed. We will make a site visit to do a “measure up” of the existing conditions. We will then provide you with a set of professional drawings, and accurate pricing based on the design ideas discussed. Changes can always be made at any time.
- When all the details are final, our builders will create your new space with as much care as it took to design it.
About Retainer Fees
After your free consultation, we’ll have a grasp on your personal style preferences and will take over your project offering you the best solutions to complete the design. A retainer fee keeps the project focused. You’ll have assurance from us that you will receive our undivided attention, and in return, we will know that you have committed the design of your project to us.
