Often our clients change their mind during a remodeling job. Why not? It’s absolutely OK. Design is an art form which blends practicality, function, style, color and resources and must be developed with a degree of flexibility.
While we make every effort supported by our design staff to provide you with a complete plan that you approve prior to commencement, we understand that occasional fine tuning along the way is part of the process that creates a truly unique and beautiful result.
Such adjustments typically require re-adjusting the delivery schedule, cost, and occasionally requiring the job to come to a stop while the adjustments are planned, priced, and schedules extended. This can be expensive.
We require all change orders to be in writing prior to continuing the project.
Finally, pricing and completion will be adjusted accordingly, before we implement the charges. |
